I had an accident recently and did not agree with the car hire option that I had on my insurance policy. I phoned a few times a day to try and get hold of the person that should help me. Unfortunately he was never available. Today I phoned several times and still couldn't get any help. Until I phoned and Pieter Reynierse from the claims department answered my call. He phoned me back immediatly and listened patiently and helped me in Afrikaans. He realy went the exstra mile and within about 10 minutes my problem was solved! He has a very positive attitude towards his work and makes his clients feel important. Thank you so much for all your trouble!
