Terrible terrible terrible
Had a company company vehicle insured, it was ****** in June, tried calling today to get a BRNC Certificate and a proxy certificate which is required to get that vehicle deregistered. I have spoken to 10 or 11 people so far, no, help, the lines are terrible, got passed on from one person to the next. Have one person promise to find an expert to help me. Doubt that is going to happen.
