Terrible service from retentions : Mandisa Mkhize and Siningi H

The service provided by Mandisa Mkhize and manager Siningi H from the retentions department has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite my repeated requests for a policy review after securing a more affordable quote with better coverage, they have consistently failed to acknowledge or respond. Despite my diligent follow-ups, their blatant disregard for customer concerns is evident.
