Terrible service
Over a month to get my car fixed and still no feedback! My husband has been dealing with Re-new in Bedfordview, which hasn't come back to him. My radiator was punctured in the accident yet they refuse to get a new one claiming that it can be fixed. R40000 quote at Renew yet other panelbeaters are cheaper.

02 Dec 2020, 13:58I can't understand..... only after complaining yesterday on this forum did things move. Would like a manager to explain how they 'lost my car'. Car was suppose to have been transported to Renew Greenstone 2 weeks ago, in between Renew Bedfordview and Greenstone they didn't know where my car was???? Once again the question on using a Panelbeater known to you. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO FIX MY CAR. BEEN OVER A MONTH WITHOUT A CAR?????
