Terrible service. 45 minutes and still waiting to be helped with a tow service

Unbelievable terrible service. I'm stuck with my vehicle and need a tow service. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then I get transferred from one division to another and 30 minutes later they cut my call. What the hell! I call in again and use the emergency service number and can you believe this **** for an emergency number it says "we are experiencing high call volumes". It's supposed to be a damn emergency line. It's another 20 minutes and I still have not been helped and still holding on!!!!! What is their understanding of a damn emergency
