Terrible service

I have been waiting for feedback on my claim and all I get when I call is empty promises to call me back and no one does. I am the one who has to waist my money calling only to be told the same thing all the time. Its been more than 7 days of no feedback. Your customer service is terrible or is the aim to frustrate me until I give up on the claim? Is that how you run business, making money out of clients and give them a run around when its time to make claims? I think this is a sign that I should move insurances because this is unacceptable and frustrating. I cannot be going through this for my claim to be attended to
