Terrible service

I’d never recommend Auto and General to anyone I removed all 3 cars from this company because of the bad service and the lies they say.I submitted a claim in November 2021 the claim has not been paid out and the Agent by the name of Tsholofelo Kgaladi wrote her own information Lord knows where she got it from. I also submitted another claim for Tyre and rims on the in December 2021 but still not resolved i don’t know why this company is still running on the 19th of May 2022 as well as today 20th May 2022 I called again in regards to the claim and guess what they agents couldn’t assist and they both hanged up on me.
