Terrible Customer service

I am no longer going to go forward with Auto & General. They increased my premium after agreeing to an amount and sending me the amendments via email. I stated I would just like to be refunded and for my premiums to carry on to what was agreed upon. The call agent outright refused and continued to speak over me. Extremely unprofessional. I will be taking my business to Outsurance. Word of advice train your staff correctly they are more interested in proving how right they are than in customer service.
