Taking people's money without policy there

I cant believe this company. They debited my account on the 1st of September for a total amount of R426.66 (R213.33 Admin and R213.33 Initiation Fee) I don't recall having any policy with them. If there are any documents or recording they must send me, but now I want to expose what seems to me to be a ****. My other debit orders bounced because of this amount. I want them to pay. The reference number I got on bank statement is ISS/A&G IN*** for both of them. Really disgusted . Taking advantage of us thinking we don't check our statements or we are illiterate.
