Taking money not on agreed date

Good evening auto and general our agreement is on the 30 or 31 of every month, they take money from my account on the 27th, the 30th is on tuesday, will they please reverse my money and debit my account on the 39/09/25 otherwise im cancelling my contract with them !last month it was taken : days before the agreed date!
