Sympathetic service and assistance beyond the ordinary

I had to submit a claim to Auto & General Insurance for major water damages to our house caused by a burst pipe. I was surprised by the sympathetic assistance and understanding of my circumstances when submitting my claim and rendered by claims handler Mr Fahim Kleinsmith. This is particularly so when my late wife who is the policyholder was no longer alive to lodge the claim personally. I was surprised that they did not frustrate me with all sorts of legal technicalities in assessing and honouring the claim in my time of need without kicking up any further fuss Thank you Fahim, such service is highly appreciated.
