Supplier 'Glassfit' offers poor service

Auto and General's supplier of motor Glass, Glassfit, has a captive customer. <br> Auto and General will not intervene on behalf of me, their customer to obtain good service.<br> Their supplier, Glassfit, has promised delivery and fitting of a windshield, but has not delivered.<br> Glassfit Bryanston has as yet to contact me.
