Super Excellent Service from Isaya Rapulana

I just want to strongly appreciate the excellent and quality service service I received from Isaya Rapulana who is a Claims processing consultant with Auto and General. A couple of weeks back, I was a victim of a ****** vehicle. It was a traumatic experience to loose an expensive can which I was close to finish paying the installments in 2024. Many people who have had similar experiences like myself infomed me to brace myself with a long wait, poor service, many paper work, merry go rounds etc to get my claim finalised. While these assertions seem right in the first week of having reported the claim, in the second week I got a call from Isaya Rapulana and the rest was history. I was pleasantly surprised how meticulous and compassionate he was handling my claim. He was not just doing his work very well but was sympathetic to the loss I had encured. He kept me abreast with the claim progress and called me almost twice a day and within this time, the claim was finalised. I want to appreciate such service and say Isaya is a great addition to his company and he needs to be appreciated. Thank you Isaya and keep up the good work
