Sudden threshold
Been a client of Auto and General for years only to find out today that we have a threshold on our policy whereby if damage to our vehicle is R4350 and under, we cannot claim and have to pay the amount ourselves?? Why have insurance then?? Consultant says it should have been explained to us before and there's nothing we can do about it..Really?? Is this how you treat loyal customers?
