Stupid insurance company that cant do one thing right
Well to start off i called in to cancel my policy with you guys and moved on to something else that will cover both my cars under one policy regardless of different risk address,now at the inception of the current policy which will be cancelled effective from midnight 28th of Feb,I did mention that my debit order should go off on the 1st of every month,today I wake up do double debit orders for both my vehicles,I have no regrets that am cancelling this **** because clearly I cant trust you people with covering me for real when you get the debit date wrong,what else did you capture as nonsense on your side,if ever there were any second thoughts,they're definately settled as you dont ****ing listen

Am splashing you all over social media today just for this ****up,you were ****ing quick to take my money now I need to beg you to reverse it

02 Mar 2023, 08:01You're quick to deduct money that doesnt belong to you urgently as soon as you smell money in the account and yet when you're supposed to return it,its a mission that need presidential intervention,exactly how am I supposed to cover the new insurance I took out? Do you even care? I never approved your stupid debicheck and yet I am unable to reverse my own funds from my own bank,it just goes to show the greed yoilur company have,you feel entitled,just send my ****ing money asap or we'll tarnish each others name,you cant process something and yet you still want the whole week to make a difference,thats bull**** and you're bull****ing me
