I was involved in a bumper bashing and had to phone the insurance for a claim, something that's not pleasant to start off with.<br> <br> Rakeeba was pleasant and thoroughly professional. She noticed that I was calling from a cell phone and immediately offered to call me back. As we were working through the details, she was typing these into the system, but kept me informed about what she was doing, apologizing for her 'silence'.<br> <br> This lady sure knows the meaning of good customer service and applies it!
