Struggled with a claim through Virseker for Auto and General for more than a year
Struggled with a claim through Virseker for Auto and General for more than a year. Most pathetic feedback, empty promises, no assistance when needed at all. Stay away if you know what is good for you. When they get your monthly premium they are happy but when it comes to service I won't even rate them a zero😡
