Stress-free claim process

I would like to commend Chantelle Jacobs for an excellent and professional service she offered me throughout my claim process. She kept me informed every step of the way. There was never a time when I would wait for her call when she promised to call to give me an update. Moreover, my claim was finalised and approved within 8 working days despite all investigations that needed to be done.

I judge the insurance's customer service by their availability during a claim and not when they sell insurance product. Thank you Chantelle for being there for me during this time of need.
