Stranded without my car due to A&G incompetence

Auto & General is by far the most inefficient insurance I've ever dealt with.

First it's their useless bot with delayed responses when you call. Then the bot will expect you to repeat yourself 5 times before it responds correctly.

I was involved in a car accident on Monday afternoon. My car was towed to renew it for an assessment only. The assessment was complete Tuesday afternoon. Auto & General did not contact me nor provide renew it with a release letter so that I can collect my car. No repairs had to be done on the car since the only damage on my car was a scratch.

Tuesday morning I called Auto & General, asking them for a No Claims letter so that I can claim directly from the other party's insurance for the scratch on my car to be paid for. The call center consultants are so useless, I was shifted from pillar to post. The last one I spoke to **** about them not being able to assist and I can only get the No Claims letter on the app. The app is not user friendly, I couldn't get a No Claims letter there. I logged a claim on the app and 24 hours later, no one has called to assist with finalizing the claim I logged on the app.

When I was with IWYZE, it literally took one phone to get a no claims letter and it was immediately sent to me.

I tried calling Auto & General to get a release letter so that I can get my car from Renew It, the bot is now struggling with linking me to a consultant that can help. I was left to listen to the annoying music for a long time until I hung up. So I have no access to my car and it's now a mission to get a hold to auto & general.
