To whom it may concern I have had no joy with my claim at Auto and General "scratch and dent cover" I have this policy for just over 4 years *** /3 is my reference , I put in a claim on the 16/01/2025 till to date nothing.Since I have this policy for over 4 year's my debt order is paid on time the 1st of every month. Know since I put in a claim they debt on unauthorised dates claiming no funds in the account for the last 2months ,no arrangements have been made with me to keep the funds available on these dates.My car insurance I pay with auto and General since 2020 is know R2913. 81 and scratch and dent I pay R763, 43 monthly never late always on time but my claim is being dragging since. No communication no updates from the claims department after receiving all required documents. This is how they treat there customer's?
