Auto and General's service is appalling. How they project their brand is far from their pathetic service when it comes to you claiming as a Customer.

Their app is useless, no one ever responds to your emails either after having sent emails to six of their so called Claim department specialists. Bianca, Nomsa Themba, Saded, Carmen, Felicia Sibanyoni and Siddarthma non of them provided feedback at all after you consulting with them. This company is the worst Insurance provider. STAY AWAY from poor service with high premiums. THEY ARE NEVER THERE!
