Stay away from Auto & General

In addition to my previous review on Auto & General... on December 3rd, 2023...

So I have requested an car insurance policy to be cancelled...as I have been informed that because I am 50.. I'll never pay any excess on claims.

Upon receipt of my policy , the excess is actually R6 500.00 on claims.

I have requested Auto & General on 3 different occasions to cancel the policy... as they have **** and provided me with false information.

After my review on Hello Peter.. I have finally received an e-mail confirming cancellation.

I have just notice that they have STILL Deducted an installment from my account on December 4th, 2023

I am certain this is *****??? I will definitely contact my attorney upon their re-opening of their offices
