Starting claim process on the app works very well. Was assisted by Anja Steynberg, who is just a lovely friendly person. She is professional and well informed with regards to her work. She is exceptionally helpful and understanding and it was an absolute pleasure to have our claim handled by her! Would gladly recommend her and auto and general to anyone!
