Spare wheel horror show

I got a flat tyre, called for roadside assistance. They sent Cape City Towing Services to assist me in Mitchell's Plein. They took off my mag wheel and put on my spare wheel, which is not a mag wheel. The s***ot/spacer was not removed so the spare was not properly attached, obviously I did not know this and trusted A&G to provide me with good service via their network. I began having issues and went into Nolans in Woodstock, they found that all nuts were all loose except one, the rim was actually splitting off and a piece of the rim had torn off, the wheel was literally hanging on by a thread. I am an e-hailer and besides passengers, my daughter frequently drives with me. Our lives were in very serious danger. My question here is: 1. Why has A&G not responded to the emails and photos regarding this matter? AND 2. Who is going to pay the R650 for a replacement spare wheel? I'm a single working mom and I pay my insurance and put my trust in them. If this is not addressed, I am taking the matter to the ombudsman.
