So I've put up a claim for dents and scratches on the 18th of January

So I've put up a claim for dents and scratches on the 18th of January. I've been calling them since and they have been taking me from pillar to post. Nothing has been done. The funny thing is, the consultant I spoke to on the 6th of February named Bliss, told me that my claim has been withdrawn and she re opened it and someone will contact me within 24 hours. I have been since waiting, only to call again today whereby a guy called Zain said he will call me back until now. What kind of a f**ked up business is this? My account is debited each month for them not to deliver. I don't advice anyone to take up insurance with them 😏
