SLOW TO RESPOND WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL
To whom it may concern,
This letter serves to inform you that I hereby serve notice to terminate the above mentioned policy ending 30 September (with the last debit order being the 1st of September). Thank you for the services provided to date.
I have been happy with A&G whenever I needed you and it is unfortunate that we have to part ways since my bank's insurance specialist was able to negotiate on my behalf.
I hope we'll be cordial and stay friends so I can come back again like I did after my 1st vehicles insurance policy with you years ago.
