Since I switched to Auto And General through ATKV I have had the best experience with the way the staff handled me and all my many questions. Lynette Veldsman assisted with a claim and she was most helpful and patient. We just had some problems with the phone connection due to Loadshedding.. but she continued to call me until my business was handled.
