Silent partners

I have never had any issues with Auto & General, except for the fact that I never hear from them unless they want to sell a new insurance product to me (such as their exclusive offering for women), even though I’ve requested a callback through the website. I can not say anything about their service with regards to claims because I have never claimed on my current insurance policy.
