Signed me up for a Netstar contract I did not agree to

Auto and General please sort out this mess you have done under my name with your Netstar partnership. This has been going on for the past 3 months and each month I have to pay Netstar for something I did not agree to. I have called over and over gain even spoke to Oupa Moabelo who convinced me to not leave your *********** company but failed to resolve the issue with Netstar. I'm really getting annoyed but this. I cant be giving money away like that for something you did without my consent and now it has become my issue.
