Short term insurance

8 years ago my house was flooded. My claim (R116000.00) was paid. I did not have to pay any money. In the October 2020 I put a claim in for R2140.00. In less then 48 hours my claim was finalized. I am a client with this company for more than 20 years. Every year when new fees are due, I talk to them and they consider and we agree on my monthly fee. I am nearly 80 years old.
