Shop elsewhere for insurance cover - Avoid Auto and General or Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH)

True test of what good insurance service is, is in my opinion good customer service post purchasing a service/ cover.

I must say that Auto and General or Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) - is NOT the company if you want peace of mind, good service and value for money.

Poor customer service is order of the day/ week/ month/ year. You'll struggle to get a simple update on a claim/ remidial work/ legal matter.

After yet another call, requesting a confirmatory of conversation - Sweet nothing.
