Shocking Substandard work done by RENEW-IT SANDTON to my car

My horrible experience with auto and general, in December after I had an accident with my car, repairs were approved by my insurance, when I went to RENEW-IT SANDTON, to pick up my car after I was told its ready for collection, to my shock, I found that the panels were not properly aligned and was advised that my insurance only approved for repair of OLD BUMPER which is still to me not in a good state and that POLISHING OF THE CAR AFTER REPAIR WAS NOT APPROVED by AUTO & GENERAL. To my surprise i was told that they only polish the repaired part, my car looks like it was repaired in a backyard repairer (two color) and when I raised my issue with RENEW-IT SANDTON, IM TOLD TO SPEAK TO MY INSURENCE (AUTO & GEN) AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH BOTH AUTO & GEN AND RENEW-IT SANDTON. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY IN FUTURE! Auto and General saves money at the expense of quality of work done! just painted old bumper and no polish to my Car.
