Service not for value for money from both auto and general and it’s subsidiary reknew-it

The service that I got from auto and general it’s horrible what they really care it’s peoples money, of which their service is not of value for money. They took my car to reknew-it greenstone , they didn’t do proper work, inflated the quotation and it stated that they gonna change the tyre as per quotation, unfortunately they didn’t and the suspension that they where fixing when I’m driving 100km/ph speed there is a sound like bee coming from the suspension, however I fought with them why did they sent my car to greenstone whereas I reside in Pretoria but I’m frustration was never considered, lastly, my staff that are part of my car they are missing from tel new-it and even the security logbook stated that they were items that was removed but now they are no where to be found
