Service Failure

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from telesure regarding the repairs of my car.

My car has been with Renew-it Randburg since the 3rd of September and till now my car is still in Assembly. I have been calling those panelbeaters and I wasn't getting any answers regarding my car. I got tired of being given the run around then I finally called A&G for them to intervene as they are the ones who have a contract with these panelbeaters. All they have done is call when I call A&G to get feedback, they don't take the initiative of escalating this horrid service I have been receiving from the panelbeaters.

A&G Keeps saying they have escalated for the manager to call me or push these panelbeaters but neither has happened, instead they wait for me to follow up.

What bobbles my mind is how they can keep such panelbeaters in their books, keep extending a contract with this panelbeater when they have received numerous complaints from their customers about this place? and worst of all, do nothing with the complaints that your are receiving currently?

What is being done about our cries and heartaches? How much does A&G really care about its customers if it keeps referring repairs to a place they know very well that has horrible service?

I just want my car back and I'm not getting ANY help here
