Service beyond Humanity
My car brokedown on N3 at Escort on my way from Northern KZN to Johannesburg. I received highest level of professionalism and excellent service from the 2 ladies who assisted me with the insurance claim. Sithandwa Hlatshwayo and Buyisile Ndlela . I was sent a tow truck, my car and the 4 people I was travelling with were dropped off safely at home, at no extra cost. Big ups to the excellent professionalism, customer care and service beyond ubuntu. I am eternally grate and will definitely spread the word and not gonna ever stop insuring with them..
