Service

Last week I wrote about auto and general, i am still complaining about their service especially Miriam Allie who was handling my claim she called back and told me my claim has been approved and renew it will be the one fixing my car. She even gave me their number and said they ll be calling me.They never did and i called Mirriam to ask them to call me which they did.They told me i should bring the car to them which I refused cause I was expecting them to come and collect the car but to my surprise they are now telling me that the insurance hasn't authorized them to fix my car. I have trying to get hold of Mirriam Allie till now she is not available
