Servers

Had an accident and claimed for my car to be fixed about three weeks ago,till today nothing has happened. I called them every day and was told the lady who is dealing with my claim(Miriam allie) was sick off and no one can help me.After she came back she apologized and told me that she will call me by the end of the day and so far I haven't heard anything from her. I personally work in the service industry and by far this has been the worse service ever.
