Selling lies

If there was a zero I would actually rate them that. They sold me lies and got me a less premium. They then changed the agreement and increased the premiums. I spoke with William Marsh who escalated the matter and promised to call back but never did. I followed up and kept getting "William is still busy he will call when done". He never called back. I did send an email to him manager Thembi Hleza, who never even bothered responding to my email or calling back.
