Selfish And Unreliable Insurance Company AUTO AND GENERAL

I was involved in a car accident with my sisters car and she registered me as a secondary driver under her policy with auto and general. Auto and general declined our claim because they say that they can find anything that proves that my sister is a primary driver of the vehicle. Now we are sitting with a car that is beyond repair. On top of that they’re still deducting the insurance premium.

This is very frustrating as we are not to blame that they can’t investigate properly and find correct info

I am very disappointed in auto and General and would never recommend it to anyone. Auto and General is unreliable and selfish.
