Second time being taken for a ride

I am very disappointed with the treatment we have received from Auto and General AGAIN, for the second time they have taken me for a ride and made me a fool, I have probably spoken to about 5 people in the passed 3 weeks who all promised to call back but never did.

A few weeks ago I put on a claim for a phone and they said the phone was not insured, which I said I remember adding it with all the other items that I added and they said according to their records it was not added, ok fine, they then promised to go and listen to the recording then call me back, which they never did and it has been more than 3 weeks now, I called back a few days ago and spoke to a lady named Zoleka who promised me that I will get a call from a lady named Fudwa as she is going to listen to the recording (I am really not sure how long it takes to listen to a recording)

Auto and General are the worst of the worst and they don't take their customers seriously, I will tell whoever cares to listen what a horrible company you guys are.

And to top it all off, they have been promising to come and fetch an tv and sound system that are not working and go fix them, till today no one is saying anything about that, so I guess we are just paying them for nothing yet they can't even communicate and treat their customers properly.
