Scratch & Dent - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

When i took out a scratch & dent policy with Auto & Genreral, i was told any panel beater could be used as long as they are RMI approved, i lodged a clai and the claim was approved, now Auto & General refuses for me to use any other panelbeater but the ones they recomend. The small scratch on my car is costing almost R10,000.00 with thier panelbeater! and the policy only pays out a maximum of R5,000.00. What a ******* as these panelbeaters know we have to do it by them! Stay far away from Auto & General's scratch & dent policy. It will be cheaper to do it on your own.
