Scratch and dents
I have logged a claim on the 13/01/2025 with them, up to date no feedback nothing. I have shared all the information with them inclluding pictures of my car with the dent side. I followed up with them as to why they're not getting back to me but I didn't get the answer instead I was told I am going to receive an email with further information just after the call and guess what I am still waiting for that email. I really don't know what to do anymore and yet they still deducting R169 every month end.
