SCRATCH AND DENTS COMPLAIN

I'm very disappointed on a person who sold me scratch and dent cover. They told me that Car Disc renewal is included on the cover. Here am am today calling to request to renew the car disc , only to get shocking news that Administration is only covered nor the actual money to pay for the disc. So I advice everyone to never trust sales people anymore just make sure what they sold you is exactly on the Policy documents. I trusted auto and general beyond any insurance before . Please tell your agents to be precise when selling.
