We confirm that your complaint was already being dealt with by our Internal Dispute Resolution team, as well as our Assessing team.
Just to clarify, when the damages to the vehicle was assessed, it was confirmed that the damage falls within the excess. You have raised your unhappiness about the fact that the damages fell within your excess, and we have assisted you with a second assessment, with the same results.
Since the damages does fall within the excess, and you will be responsible for the repairs payment, our offer still stand for you make use of our assessed quote as well as our supplier to have the repairs done.
