I have a legal cover with (Auto and General lipco).i had an incident where i bought a car from ************ dealership in krugersdorp.i contact lipco(Auto and General )who advised me to return the car and for us to contact Motor industry Ombudsman of south Africa for mediation process as per thier internal process before we go for litigation.Miosa did not help me .we are now supposed to go for litigation i am now sent from pillar to post .my medistor is always busy never returns phone calls.Vuyo the legal manager does not reply to emails .or return phone calls and makes empty promises.i lost both the car and my money on thier advise .i have been requesting for us to proceed with civil litigation now there is stories why they cant cover litigation.Auto and General (lipco)is a **** dupping thier clients out of thier hard earned money .they never represent anyone.thier staff is ***********. And a bunch of *****.the Financial Services Board needs to investigate them .the law society needs to invetigate thier owners who are registered attorneys.
1.i don't have the vehicle or my money because they advised me to return the car. 2.they don't represent anyone there is 100 of clients who were ****ed out thier hard earned money buying none existing services.

As discussed with our Service Specialist, we have received notification from the offices of the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance that you have lodged a formal complaint. We are therefore not able to discuss the matter with you, until such time that the Ombudsman has made recommendation on the matter. We have also requested that you are contacted by our Ombudsman team, who will discuss the process with you as well.

17 Feb 2022, 12:41I am extremely disappointed with the service i am receiving from Law for all (my matter from two years ago is still not solved despite the above message , i have dealt with so many *********** people from lipco , i am now told i must pay for litigation out of my own pocket.
