Salesman selling policies by giving wrong information

A call agent working at auto & general called me to sell me a legal insurance policy, and after he explained everything to me it sounded amazing and I took it. When I got the contract the terms and conditions was not as the salesman explained to me. He **** to me to get me to take the insurance policy. The same day I took out the policy , I cancelled it! 3 months later they decide to take the debit order from my account. Now its almost a month and I have still not received the moeny they took from me back. Emails go unanswered, and when someone does get back to me it's always a different stupid story as to to why it has not been resloved yet. Worst insurance company people beware!
