Sad client

I am happy with their service but regarding claim issues as was messaged on previous chat that someone Wil cal me as to why this company cannot accept me as a client is disappointing when I believe that this was a gud company that I joined and reading their moto was good, I am sad that Iade claim for portable possessions unspecified and was turned down as the assessors refused to pass my claim anyway it's been a good time with them and unfortunately circumstances happen not like I made them happen, and as a act of nature is one can't predict when things go wrong, it's a good company and I have no disappointment that a lady explained and it was a mutual agreement and she has assisted me, I think it's Mary Anne i stand to be corrected, thanks for the journey we had
