RUDE MARKETER
A few minutes ago, I received an unsolicited call from some lady at Auto & General to promote some product to me. I did not get her name. I very politely indicated that I am not interested. This lady then just hung up. I mean, in the first place I did not ask to be bombarded with their marketing, in the second place I got this kind of attitude.
I just wanted to bring this to A&G management's attention. Their complaints process seemed too complicated and I did not want to waste any more time.
If ever I were to change insurance companies, guess who will NOT be on my list of possible insurers.
