Rude Consultant from Auto and General

I spoke to a very rude consultant from Auto and General retentions department I didn’t get her name but she surely appears on my profile since she’s the last one to access my policy. What a rude consultant she didn’t even listen to what I was asking as a client but kept going on and on about the nonsense she was telling me I even got ****es off and dropped the call without getting the assistance I needed at this point I’m even willing to take my business elsewhere.
