Rude Auto and General Female consultant

Just called in and spoke to the rudest consultant i have ever dealt with in my entire consumer life.She even had the audacity to tell me to ask my colleagues and family as to how insurance works ,this came after me telling her i sent an email yesterday requesting that policy be canceled effective immediately and that i be refunded my premiums as well.Instead of referring me to the T's and C's of my contract she kept speaking over me in a very rude and nprofessional manner.I even ended up disconnecting the call after 29 minutes of back and forth arguing and i felt i wont sit and be disrespected when i am even using my own airtime.That lady needs to go back to training ,i have been servicing customers for more than a decade and wouldn't even dream of talking to a customer like that.Im still shook and in disbelief
